We built Mirae Invoice for that moment. You pick a client, list what you did, publish, and send the PDF on WhatsApp or email. It takes about two minutes and it is free.

Freelancers and small business owners in Indonesia who are not accountants and often not technical. It works on a phone and at 360 pixels wide, because a lot of invoices get made between other things.
