ExpoConnect , from PT Expoconnect Teknologi Indonesia, matches buyers with exhibitors at B2B exhibitions. An exhibition hall is a hard place to run software: the connection comes and goes, and the queue at the gate does not wait. The platform is theirs, built by their own team. We work in that team as developers, on the tickets we are given.

The attendee list and the scanner’s own screens are stored in the browser. Staff are told they can leave the WiFi only when every piece is in place, and a list more than 12 hours old is flagged as stale.
